In 2018, as a new mother balancing a three-month-old and a career, I felt an intense struggle to prove my worth—not only to the world but to myself. Sitting in my office one day, it struck me that other women likely felt this same tension: the challenge of being present mothers while striving for personal growth.

This realization led to Superwomen of Pakistan, a community to empower women, which has since grown to over 67,000 members, including 2,000 business owners thriving within our network.

Determined to chart my own path, I spent months building new skills and applying for remote roles, eventually landing my first online job as an Appointment Setter, then a marketing manager role, before stepping up as the Head of Marketing and Partnerships for a UK-based firm. For me, every step represented resilience and growth, proving that women can define success on their own terms.

With this mission in mind, I created —a platform to empower women with high-demand digital skills, support, and mentorship.

Together with my co-founder, Tooba Syed, an expert in digital marketing, we aim to provide a community where women can build sustainable, remote careers. Through Digital Superwomen, I want every woman to know her journey matters, and with the right support, she can achieve independence and thrive on her own terms.

My entrepreneurial journey began at ten, playing “shopkeeper” with my sister—. Little did I know that this childhood game was sowing the seeds for my future. A simple game that sparked my passion for business. My parents always believed I was talented, nurturing my creativity by giving me my own space—a cupboard filled with “useless” treasures that inspired my imagination.

In 2019, during my final year of my master’s, I started an online business with limited resources but a clear strategy. Using group marketing in Superwomen of Pakistan, I grew organically, reaching 200,000 PKR in monthly revenue during COVID. It was a small setup, but it taught me the essentials of social media, customer service, and marketing.

Marriage and motherhood in 2022 brought new challenges, pushing me to embrace change. Inspired by Who Moved My Cheese?, I pivoted to freelancing, quickly landing my first project and earning $100. This was just the start of a thriving freelance journey.

Later, Digital Superwomen was born. Partnering with Nida, we created a community platform where women can learn in-demand skills with mentorship and guidance until they secure jobs.

Throughout, I’ve been blessed with an incredibly supportive family, from my parents’ early encouragement to my husband’s unwavering support. They are the true foundation of my success, empowering me to pursue my dreams every step of the way.
